The ORS 2027 Booth Ladder Rewards Early Payment

Seven booth packages run $2,500 to $15,000, and a 20 percent discount lands on 30 November 2026. The four-booth pod is the only package that carries a poll or a push notification.

One date sets the price

The Orthopaedic Research Society holds its 2027 Annual Meeting at Moscone West in San Francisco from Friday 19 February to Tuesday 23 February 2027. Exhibitors are present from Saturday 20 February to Monday 22 February 2027.

The booth price is decided earlier. The exhibitor page carries one sentence on the subject: booths reserved and paid by 30 November 2026 are eligible for a 20 percent discount. Booth fees must be paid in full to secure the space.

From 17 October 2026 the discount date is 44 days away, and the exhibit hall opens 82 days after that date.

The published ladder

Seven packages carry a price on the same page. A University Tabletop costs $2,500.00 and carries one exhibit-only badge. A Standard 10x10 costs $4,500.00 and a Premier 10x10 costs $4,900.00, each with one full-access badge and one exhibit-only badge. A Standard 10x20 costs $7,500.00 and a Premier 10x20 costs $8,000.00, each with one full-access badge and two exhibit-only badges. A Standard Pod of four booths costs $13,800.00 and a Premier Pod of four booths costs $15,000.00, each with two full-access badges and three exhibit-only badges.

At the 20 percent discount the seven packages read $2,000, $3,600, $3,920, $6,000, $6,400, $11,040 and $12,000. The saving runs from $500 on the tabletop to $3,000 on the Premier Pod.

What the Premier mark buys

The two Premier rows name booth numbers 1-4 and 17-20, and the page asks an exhibitor to state a preferred booth number against the floorplan. On a 10x10 the Premier mark costs $400 more than the Standard booth, with the same one full-access badge and one exhibit-only badge. On a 10x20 it costs $500 more, with the same one full-access badge and two exhibit-only badges.

The page's Poll/Push Notification column settles the inclusion. That column reads Not included against the tabletop and against all four 10x10 and 10x20 rows. It reads 1 Poll, 1 Push Notification against both four-booth pods. The pod is the package that carries app inventory, and the Premier mark on a single booth changes the booth number and the price.

The polling and push inventory

Eight polls are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with two administered each day from Friday to Monday. Ten push notifications are available on the same basis, with two administered each day from Friday to Tuesday. A company may submit a maximum of two of either.

A poll carries a survey of at most five questions. One poll costs $1,500.00 and two cost $2,500.00. One push notification costs $2,500.00 and two cost $3,500.00. The organiser contacts a buyer no less than 60 days before the meeting for the message and the preferred release day.

Three later dates

A booth cancellation must reach the Events Specialist, Mary Roti, in writing by Monday 4 January 2027. The organiser issues no booth refunds. Money already paid applies to the 2028 Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.

That cancellation date sits 35 days after the discount date and 46 days before exhibitor move-in. The 2028 meeting runs 11 to 15 February 2028 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The 2029 meeting runs 2 to 6 February 2029 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.

The clocks beside the booth

Exhibitor move-in runs Friday 19 February 2027 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hall hours open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and Monday, and every closing time reads TBD. The page adds that the exhibit schedule is tentative. Move-out runs Monday 22 February 2027 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Additional badges are priced on the same page. One full-access badge costs $1,520.00, and one to three exhibit badges cost $375.00, $725.00 and $1,050.00. All badges are non-transferable. Each 10x10 booth carries 8-foot blue back drape, 3-foot black side dividers and a 7-inch by 44-inch one-line identification sign that must hang for the whole meeting.

What an exhibitor carries into the room

The organiser publishes no 2027 room block and no block rate. The Explore San Francisco panel holds two links, one to a childcare sheet and one to San Francisco Travel, so a room cost comes off the open market.

The exhibitor page puts attendance at approximately 2,300 orthopaedic researchers across career levels and disciplines. The meeting runs two evening poster and exhibit receptions. The Moscone event feed puts the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium six days before this meeting and the GDC Festival of Gaming six days after it.

The position

A society weighing a booth at ORS 2027 decides on 30 November 2026, and that date moves between $500 and $3,000 per package. The floorplan, the hall clock and the cancellation date all arrive after the price is fixed. The four-booth pod is the only package that carries a poll or a push notification.
