The Sequence the Organiser Publishes
USA Volleyball opens housing for the inaugural Golden Gate Classic to one group of teams. Only a team holding an Ok to Pay status receives the booking link. A team in Pending or on the Waitlist gets no access to hotel accommodation.
The status follows the registration timestamp. USA Volleyball reviews the stamp and sets the team at Ok to Pay or on the Waitlist. The organiser calls Ok to Pay a tentative acceptance and tells teams to submit payment and complete housing through Team Travel Source to secure the place.
Two Steps Between Ok to Pay and Accepted
Accepted is the only status that confirms full acceptance, and the organiser gates travel booking on it. Two conditions precede it: payment received, and the housing partner confirming the reservation. The club pays and commits a room before its place in the field settles.
The Fee Schedule Behind the Booking
Three charges sit behind the reservation. The booking service fee is non-refundable. The Premier Property Fee is mandatory, non-refundable, charged per reservation at the time of booking, and the partner describes it as protection for the inventory. The partner’s cancellation fee can apply to a confirmed reservation cancelled after an event-specific date stated in the confirmation email, and it sits on top of the hotel’s own policy.
Housing Protection is optional and not pre-selected. A purchase brings eligibility for a full refund where a covered reason applies. The terms exclude event cancellations and team drops.
Where the Waitlist Sits
A waitlist place carries no charge when it is taken. Fees reach the card on file at confirmation, and a failed payment can cancel the reservation. The partner closes waitlists roughly three weeks before the event and promises confirmation or denial no later than about three weeks out. A waitlisted night is not guaranteed.
Inventory has a ceiling on the partner’s side. The partner states that it can book a limited number of rooms through the official event site and needs hotel approval for inventory beyond what the site held.
The Property Sees the Guest Late
A hotel holds no view of the reservation until the pre-arrival email arrives, roughly a week before the event date. That email carries the hotel confirmation number attached to the booking.
Moving between properties means cancelling and rebooking, with the fees and policies attached to each booking. A suite request needs an existing reservation and takes two to five business days to process.
The Rate Basis and the Published Gaps
The partner prices this event under its TTS Live! terms. Rates follow demand and sit outside the Lowest Rate Guarantee. The qualifier lander lists the Golden Gate row at 02/19/27 to 02/21/27 for Moscone Center, its booking cell reading Ok to Pay and its housing-open column empty.
No block rate, property roster or per-team room allocation is published on the organiser page or the partner page.
The Deadlines the Sequence Runs Against
Registration closes at 12 a.m. ET on 31 December 2026, 50 days before the first match day. The roster is due 1 January 2027 at 5 p.m. ET. The refund deadline is 10 January 2027 at 5 p.m. ET.
Teams not accepted receive a full refund. No withdrawal refund is published.
Where the Risk Sits
The club carries the sequence end to end. It clears a status gate, pays an entry fee, commits a room under non-refundable fees, and waits for acceptance.
The property carries the other end. It learns the guest roughly a week out, when the partner sends the pre-arrival email.
Two contact routes are published. Parents and individuals reach the partner at one address, coaches and team managers at another, and both share the number 502-354-9103.
