The window and the room count
Miami Film Festival GEMS runs 29 October to 5 November 2026. The festival calendar dates 47 listings inside that window across six rooms: Silverspot Cinema 13, Koubek Center 12, Coral Gables Art Cinema 10, The Bill Cosford Cinema 9, MDC Wolfson 2, O Cinema 1.
The venues page names seven rooms. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens carries one dated record, at 7 p.m. on 28 October, one day ahead of the window.
The nights the calendar sets
The listings split by day as 2 on 29 October, 4 on 30 October, 11 on 31 October, 12 on 1 November, 5 on 2 November, 6 on 3 November, 4 on 4 November and 3 on 5 November.
Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November hold 23 of the 47 listings, 48.94 percent of the programme.
Five of the eight nights run four rooms or more at once. Monday 2 November runs five rooms, and every listing that night starts at 7 p.m.
Where the load lands
Two rooms carry 25 of the 47 listings. Silverspot Cinema on 300 Southeast 3rd Street carries 13. Koubek Center on 2705 Southwest 3rd Street carries 12.
Coral Gables holds 19 listings across its two rooms, 40.43 percent of the programme. Coral Gables Art Cinema on 260 Aragon Avenue carries ten. The Bill Cosford Cinema on 5030 Brunson Drive carries nine.
The Coral Gables room, day by day
Coral Gables Art Cinema opens on six of the eight days. Three listings run on 31 October, at 3 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Three run on 1 November, at 12:30 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and 7 p.m. One runs on each of 2, 3, 4 and 5 November, at 7 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The ten carry 1,195 minutes of published runtime, or 19 hours 55 minutes. Four of the six days carry a single listing.
The room's own clock
On 31 October the room runs from a 3 p.m. first start to a 10:30 p.m. last end, seven hours 30 minutes. On 1 November it runs from 12:30 p.m. to 9:01 p.m., eight hours 31 minutes.
The four single-listing days run one door each, at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The festival publishes no wage rate and no seat count. The programme minutes and the door windows are the quantities a venue prices its own labour against.
What runs in that room
Two listings carry a programme badge. The Love Witch runs on 35 mm at 120 minutes under a Retrospective badge. First Light runs 117 minutes with a Q&A. Minotaur carries an At Rush flag.
No Centerpiece, no Opening Night film and no award conversation runs in that room. Five of the six Centerpieces run at Cosford and the sixth at Silverspot. Opening Night The Debut and Closing Night Club Kid both run at Koubek. The two Variety conversations run at MDC Wolfson on 2 and 4 November.
Tangles carries a Specially Curated Collection tag, where Connoisseur and Cinephile members redeem complimentary tickets.
The ticket arithmetic
The price table prints six rungs. Opening Night The Debut with pre-reception $55, member $50. Closing Night Club Kid $25 and $22. Centerpieces $20 and $17. General Screening $16.50 and $14.50. Special Screenings $25 to $82, member $22 to $87. Variety A Conversation With $40 and $35.
Each ticket and event carries a $2 to $10 processing fee.
Ten listings at the General Screening rung come to $165 standard or $145 member, before $20 to $100 in processing fees.
The event pages carry a Book Tickets link and no price. The festival prints no seat count for any room, so a per-session revenue figure stays out of reach.
The access rules the FAQ prints
Empty seats release about 15 minutes before a start and sell at full price as capacity allows. Badge-holders enter about 15 minutes before general entry. Late arrivals take a seat at the theater manager's discretion. The festival asks guests to be seated 15 minutes before the published start.
The partner roster
The travel and dining page names three hotel partners: JW Marriott Marquis Miami with a Downtown Miami label, W Miami and 1 Hotel South Beach. It names three restaurant partners: TULUM Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, Boulud Sud with a Downtown Miami label, and Paella y Olé.
The page carries no rate, no booking code and no cut-off date. It carries no group or block term.
No partner property sits in Coral Gables, where 19 of the 47 listings run.
What the record carries
Six rooms follow from the date load. The weekend pair needs four rooms each to hold 11 and 12 listings on one calendar. Monday 2 November needs five rooms to hold five listings at a single clock.
One room carries ten listings across six days for 1,195 minutes of programme. Those figures, the price ladder and a three-name hotel roster without terms are what an operator holds going into the festival office.
