The One-Day Show Now Carries Miami's Weekend Load

Mana Wynwood sells one Saturday. No host hotel, no room block, no cut-off date, and 5,000 people released at six.

Got Sole Miami holds the Mana Wynwood Convention Center for one Saturday. The venue calendar reads Sat, Oct 24, 12:00 PM. The organiser's poster prints 12-6PM and the address 318 NW 23rd Street. The show opens, runs six hours and closes.

The position: that single day carries the weekend's demand for a Miami hotel. A rate built around multi-night convention blocks leaves the 24th without a price.

One booking on the date

The venue's public list runs III Points 2026 on 16-17 October, Got Sole Miami on 24 October at 12:00 PM, the Miami Real Estate Forum on 4-5 November at 10:00 AM, Time to Drive on Friday 6 November at 6:00 PM from $65, the 28th Annual Best Buddies Miami Gala on Saturday 14 November at 7:00 PM with admission required, Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami from 2-6 December, and the LIFE TIME Miami Marathon and Half on Friday 29 January 2027 at 12:00 PM from $75.

October carries two entries on that list. One runs two days. One runs one day and six hours. The list carries no 23 October entry, and a private rental need not appear there.

The last Saturday of October is a consumer show with a noon door and a 6:00 PM close. The night that follows it is a Saturday night in Miami, with a crowd the organiser puts at 5,000-plus released at six.

The block is absent

Got Sole's Miami page, FAQ and terms carry no occurrence of the word hotel. No host property, no room block, no cut-off date and no shuttle appear there. The venue's directions page carries the lot and no lodging partner.

A guest booking this show books on the open market. That is the whole of the published structure, and it is thin.

Six hours of demand, one night of inventory

The event is open to all ages. Any ticket holder may bring "As Many Items As You Can Carry Around The Venue". Both lines describe a daytime buyer with stock in hand or children beside them.

The room those guests want is Saturday night. Arrival before noon, the floor in the afternoon, and a departure on Sunday morning. One night of inventory holds the whole trip.

The organiser's terms shorten the evening. Section 7.7 permits the organiser to restrict or prohibit re-entry, and it voids a tampered wristband. A guest who leaves the hall carries the risk of not returning, so the 6:00 PM close is the hour the show lets go of its crowd.

One evening sits between the close and the Sunday checkout. A hotel that sells the room can sell that evening with it.

The scale is one room

The venue publishes a 100,000 sq ft air-conditioned convention center split into two rooms. The Event Hall is 45,000 sq ft with approximately 5,000 standing. The Sound Stadium is 35,000 sq ft with approximately 4,000 standing. The two rooms total 80,000 sq ft against the published 100,000.

The organiser's 5,000-plus sits at the Event Hall's published standing capacity. The hall assignment for 24 October is unpublished. One room of a two-room building carries the day, and the venue counts 1,000-plus events since 2016 on its own page.

The risk sits on one date

The terms carry the exposure in plain clauses. Section 7.3 lets the organiser cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate an event, and modify its date, time, location, format, venue and programming. Section 10.2 calls attendance figures "good-faith estimates only, are not guaranteed". Section 6 is headed "PURCHASES; PAYMENT; NO REFUNDS".

A property that holds rooms for this date carries the whole of that risk on a single night. No block agreement spreads it across a cut-off date. No room-night minimum divides it.

The position, stated for a revenue meeting

Price the 24th as one Saturday night with a six-hour demand window. Set a one-night rate. Release inventory to it before the show week.

Three published facts carry the position. The door opens at noon. The close is 6:00 PM. The crowd is 5,000-plus on the organiser's own estimate.

A fourth fact carries the caution. The organiser will not guarantee the gate, and it can move the date. A hotel that holds rooms back for a two-night convention pattern ends that Saturday with unsold inventory, because the calendar shows one booking and the door shuts at six.

The published record gives a hotel one night of demand on 24 October. The rate should be a one-night rate.
