The position
A per-night rate ladder needs a per-night demand signal. The Miami Grit Classic publishes none.
The meet runs 12-15 February 2027 at the Miami-Dade County Fair Expo Center, across four competition days. Each of the four dates carries one line on the organiser's page: Schedule to be announced.
Price the four nights as one block. Hold one rate across them.
What the record carries
TB Meets, Inc stages the meet. Tumblebees Gymnastics is the co-host. Jennifer Karborani is the meet director.
The venue calendar assigns Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille to the four days.
The entry ladder is dated. Standard entry is $190 to Monday 2 November 2026, $200 after that date, and $210 for registration at the event. Refunds close on 2 November 2026. Substitutions run to Wednesday 6 January 2027. The page states that last year's event sold out.
The Saturday premium needs a figure the organiser does not publish
A Saturday rate above the other three nights assumes Saturday carries the largest block. The organiser publishes no per-day split, no team count and no athlete count. The venue calendar carries no attendance figure for the meet.
The division count is published for past editions. Sixteen files sit behind the 2025 and 2026 results: Levels 1 to 10 and six Xcel divisions. That count runs across an edition and carries no night.
A ladder built on this record rests on a split the organiser has not published.
The second event on the grounds
The venue calendar books the Miami Winter International Open 2027, a jiu-jitsu tournament, into the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion across 12-14 February. Three of the four meet dates carry both events. Admission and parking for the meet read TBA.
The calendar dates both events and carries no session time for either.
The rate basis on the record
The organiser states that Team Travel Source has secured the best hotel rooms with the lowest rates for this event. The partner's page carries its own basis: live event rates are based on demand and subject to change, and live events do not qualify for the lowest rate guarantee.
A demand-based rate basis and four nights with no per-night signal produce the same instrument. One rate for the block is the version a hotel can put on the record.
The terms to write into the block
Name the four nights. Thursday 11 arrival with Monday 15 departure, or Friday 12 arrival with Tuesday 16 departure. February 15 is a Monday, so a team entered on that day carries the Monday night.
Quote one rate across all four. The record carries no fact that separates one night from another.
Set the cut-off against the organiser's substitution deadline of 6 January 2027. That date sits 37 days before the first competition day, and a cut-off after it falls past the last published roster change.
February 11 is a Thursday and carries no competition. A Thursday arrival night sits outside all four published dates, and the organiser publishes nothing that ties a rate to it.
The February the block sits inside
The venue calendar carries seven dated records in February 2027. The Tri-County Volleyball Challenge runs 6-7 February across five buildings. The Living Proof Crusade holds the grounds from 7 to 10 February. The Grit Classic and the jiu-jitsu open share 12-14 February. The M-DCPS Technical College Career Expo takes 18-19 February in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille. Florida Gun Shows runs 27-28 February, and a Birthday Bash holds the Blue Ribbon and Carousel rooms on 27 February.
A hotel holding Grit rooms through Tuesday 16 February has one clear day before the 18 February opening.
The Crusade closes on 10 February. No dated record sits on the grounds on 11 February, and the meet opens on 12 February.
What moves the position
A session grid, a per-day entry count or a team count would each give the four nights a per-night signal. Until one of the three is published, the block prices as one unit.
