Stop bundling three nights around a five-hour show

A five-hour Sunday floor and a $32.53 ticket. Set a one-night minimum on Saturday 5 December and sell Friday at the same rate.

Wekfest Miami runs Sunday 6 December 2026 at the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion. The floor opens at 1:00pm and closes at 6:00pm. General admission costs $30.00, the checkout adds a $2.53 fee, and the guest pays $32.53.

Children under 12 enter free with a paying adult over 18. All sales are final, with no exchange and no refunds.

That is the published demand signal. One day, five hours, one ticket price.

The night the ticket needs

A Sunday floor puts the arrival night on Saturday 5 December. The guest sleeps Saturday, walks the floor Sunday, and leaves on Sunday evening or Monday morning.

One night covers this event. The ticketing asks for no second night.

Three nights against one day of programme

A three-night minimum on this weekend asks for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday sits two days before the floor opens. Friday carries no published programme.

The ticket is $32.53. A three-night minimum bills three nights against one five-hour floor. Two of those nights rest on a rate decision.

The show night is the only night the ticket dates. A package prices that night inside a three-night total, and the guest reads the total against a $32.53 ticket.

Price Saturday, and only Saturday

Set the minimum at one night on Saturday 5 December. Take the booking against the 6 December ticket date.

That single night carries every guest who pays $32.53 to stand on the floor. It carries the guest who needs a bed and a bag store. It carries the guest who books Friday as well.

A one-night rate also carries a Sunday checkout. The guest leaves on the morning of the show, and the room turns for the following week.

Friday is the second night, at the same rate

The venue dates the show 5 December. The Fuchs Pavilion upcoming-events block carries the row "Wekfest Car Show, Dec 5, 2026". The organiser dates it 6 December on its Miami page, its event information page and its checkout.

5 December 2026 is a Saturday. 6 December is a Sunday. A guest who plans from the venue's board books Friday 4 December.

That guest is a second night, and a property sells it without a package. Offer Friday at the one-night rate and keep the minimum at one. The venue's board supplies the demand for that night. The organiser's checkout supplies the ticket.

No block, and so no package to inherit

The organiser's navigation carries Home, Schedule, Tickets, Car Registration, Vendor Registration, Media Registration, Guidelines, Contact, About and Store. It carries no lodging page. A read of the Miami page, the event information page and the guidelines page returns no hotel, no block, no rate and no shuttle.

Every property prices this weekend from its own inventory. That is the case for one published night in place of a package built on a date the organiser does not sell.

What the package rests on

The organiser publishes over 200 exhibitors in four categories: parts manufacturers, detailing brands, apparel labels and creative studios. It publishes no attendance figure and no vehicle count. The Schedule link serves the 2026 tour schedule, six stops with no Miami programme times.

A property budgeting three nights works from a five-hour floor, a $32.53 ticket and no gate count. A one-night rate rests on the same three facts and asks the guest for less.

The costs a minimum moves

One Saturday night is one room turn and one breakfast service. A three-night minimum puts two more nights on the guest's bill for one show day.

A Sunday checkout adds a turn on the morning of the show. A guest who holds the room to the 6:00pm close takes that room out of the Sunday turn. Price a late checkout separately and the room stays in the inventory.

The instruction

Post one rate for Saturday 5 December. Set the minimum at one night. Sell Friday as a second night at the same rate. Leave Sunday out of the fence and price a late checkout for the guest who stays to the close.

Wekfest Miami publishes a five-hour floor and a $32.53 ticket. Price the night that floor creates.
