The Allstars Tattoo Convention runs three days at the Miami Fair Grounds, 13-15 November 2026, in Arnold Hall. Its Where To Stay page lists one property, Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites, and prints that property twice.
The convention's FAQ answers the lodging question with "several hotels and accommodations" near the grounds. The page it points to carries one. A three-day tenancy in one hall hands its whole lodging programme to one address.
The demand the ticket prices set
The ticket store publishes two products. One Day Pass - 2026 is $30.00. Weekend Pass: 3 Day Ticket - 2026 is $70.00. The FAQ prints doors at 12 p.m. on all three days, closing at 10 p.m. on Friday, midnight on Saturday and 10 p.m. on Sunday.
A weekend pass at $70.00 prices a three-day attendee. A guest who travels for those three days takes Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, or Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights where the flight lands Friday morning.
What the page carries
Both Book Now buttons resolve to bestwestern.com hotel 10354. One carries group code 1L0LH0U7 and the other carries 1E4ZQ8B2. The page states no rate, no block size, no minimum night, no cut-off date and no room-night count.
An artist, a vendor or a crew member planning three days has no figure to budget against. A procurement desk comparing properties has one page and one address.
Two tenancies on the first two days
The venue calendar puts Feria de las Americas - Expo Nica in the Fuchs Pavilion on 13-14 November, across the same Friday and Saturday as the convention in Arnold Hall. Two demand pools arrive at 10901 SW 24th St across those two days. The convention's lodging page names one address for both.
What the partnership costs the destination
The first cost is the quote. An artist or a vendor asking the organiser for a rate receives two codes and no figures. The organiser cannot answer with a number, and cannot defend one after the room is taken.
The second cost is the choice. Two codes to one property give a guest a rate comparison inside one brand. A guest who wants a second address leaves the organiser's site to find it.
The third cost is the inventory. A page naming three properties inside the same drive band shows a national audience the west Miami room supply. One address shows one brand.
What a lodging page can carry
The organiser already runs a Vendors page with seven named vendors and two Coming Soon cards. A lodging list sits on the same kind of page.
Two additions make the page serve a three-day convention. A second and a third property inside the same drive band. A rate and a cut-off date beside each code, so the artist can budget and the organiser can quote. Each addition needs a rate and a date from the property.
What the record does not carry
No attendance figure, no ticket volume, no artist count, no room block, no rate and no cut-off is published on the pages read for this piece.
The FAQ states that the convention will showcase "some of the best tattoo artists from around the world". The Attending Artists page renders a heading and no roster. The venue calendar carries no attendance on any record.
