Three windows, three price points
The registration page sets the in-person fees in three dated windows, and it prints its tables in two columns headed Member and Nonmember.
The first window closes on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. The registration page names it the early registration deadline.
The second window runs from Thursday 3 December 2026 to Friday 8 January 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
The third window begins Saturday 9 January 2027.
The Physician/Scientist row
The Physician/Scientist row reads $975 and $1,495 in the first window.
The row reads $1,125 and $1,645 in the second window.
The row reads $1,200 and $1,720 in the third window.
The step from the first window to the third adds $225 on the member column, or 23.1 percent. The member column sits $520 below the nonmember column in the first window, or 53.3 percent.
The other rate categories
In-Training reads $290 and $375 in the first window, $440 and $525 in the second and $515 and $600 in the third.
Affiliated Health Professional reads $545 and $805, then $695 and $955, then $770 and $1,030.
The page also carries a Patient Advocate row and rows for the remaining categories.
Registration changes and cancellations
The registration page sets the cancellation deadline at Sunday 17 January 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
A cancellation before that deadline is eligible for a refund subject to a $75 administrative fee. After the deadline, registrations are nonrefundable.
Any approved refund returns through the original payment method and is issued no later than eight weeks after the cancellation deadline.
Foundation donations, membership dues, paper processing fees and wire transfer fees are nonrefundable.
The housing terms
The meeting's hotel page states that reservations received after 3 December are processed on a space-available basis and may be subject to a higher rate.
The same page closes online reservations, changes and cancellations, and directs the guest to the hotel directly after that point. A cancellation must be made 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
The registration page names SPARGO as the meeting's only official registration and housing provider, and the hotel page routes housing questions to the same provider.
The venue and the market
The Moscone Center lists the meeting at Moscone West in San Francisco. Its FAQ counts over 20,000 hotel rooms within walking distance, and its Book an Event page counts more than two-thirds of the city's 34,000 hotel rooms inside that radius.
Engine's city page puts the San Francisco average nightly rate at $165 across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. The January figure reads $166.
