Four Room Blocks and No Rate: What TRD Miami Publishes

The Real Deal Miami Forum runs 4 and 5 November at Mana Wynwood with more than 6,000 attendees and 120+ exhibitors and sponsors. Its travel page lists four hotel blocks and prints no rate.

The Real Deal's Miami Real Estate Forum runs 4 and 5 November 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center. The event's about page puts attendance above 6,000 and exhibitors and sponsors above 120. The travel page carries the whole published lodging record, and the programme lists 25 stage items across two stages.

The Lodging Record

The travel page publishes a dedicated room block at four properties: AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. Each entry carries a Link to Book. The page places the blocks within a 15-minute drive of Mana Wynwood.

That page prints no rate, no cut-off date, no night minimum, no room count and no block window. Each link opens a booking engine on the property's own system.

Four properties, four links and one ride-time line. That is the published extent of the organiser's lodging record.

Where the Programme Puts Hotels

The Main Stage lists nine items on 4 November and eight on 5 November. The Innovation Stage lists five on 4 November and three on 5 November. Two power breakfasts sit at 9:30 a.m. in Mana 320 each morning.

One item names hotels. "Reservation Required: How Restaurants, Retail, and Hotels Add Value to Miami Real Estate" holds the Main Stage at 1:30 p.m. on 4 November for 30 minutes. Three speakers carry it: Michael Comras, President and CEO of The Comras Company; Zach Winkler, Executive Managing Director of South Florida Retail Brokerage at JLL; and Omer Horev, Founder and CEO of Horev Hospitality and Pura Vida Miami.

The session description treats restaurants, retail and hospitality as "essential drivers of successful real estate development". It adds that these uses "create destinations, activate neighborhoods". The ground it covers is leasing strategy, placemaking, consumer trends and "the growing influence of experiential retail and hospitality". The description carries no rent, no room rate and no per-square-foot figure.

One other item touches property operations. "Save up to 15+ hours per week: 5 AI workflows to implement at your property on Monday" runs on the Innovation Stage at 12:30 p.m. on 4 November with Cyrus Claffey of ButterflyMx. Its subject is workflow at a property, and its title names no asset class.

Seven Attendee Sectors

The about page groups attending companies under seven headings: development firms, multifamily, commercial brokerage, architecture and design, residential brokerage, financial services, and professional services. Hospitality holds no heading of its own.

The audience named on that page is the capital side of the deal. Rooms appear in the programme as a component of the product being sold.

The Ticket Ladder Beside the Block

The registration page prices access in four levels across three windows. All-Access holds at $800 in every window. VIP runs $350 early, $400 regular, $425 on site. General Admission runs $250, $275, $300. The Subscriber pass runs $100, $100, $150. Ten or more General Admission passes cost $200 each, applied at checkout, on the both-day pass.

All-Access carries the Power Breakfasts, the Top Agents and Brokerages Reception and the after-party invitations. The VIP tier carries the greenroom, the premium bar and the VIP photo studio. The Subscriber pass carries the Subscriber Suite.

The organiser prices its own product with a ladder, a group discount and a day-of premium. It prices the room block with a ride-time line.

What a Procurement Desk Asks

Four questions decide whether the block answers a group's need. What rate applies to 4 and 5 November. What is the cut-off date. How many rooms sit in each property's block. Who at the organiser owns the block.

The published record answers none of the four. A hotel group that wants a share of 6,000 attendees works from four links, one travel paragraph and one 1:30 p.m. panel.

Ask the organiser for the block agreement behind the four links. A rate, a cut-off and a room count turn four property names into a bookable block.
