One Count, One Clock and One Caveat on the Coffee Festival Record

The organiser's own About page prints the 10th annual count twice. The ticket terms run to final sale, a session-only pass and a 48-hour transfer wall, under a programme caveat the organiser publishes.

The San Francisco Coffee Festival runs 7 and 8 November 2026 at Fort Mason's Festival Pavilion. The published record carries one edition count and one session clock. The ticket terms close around both.

The count on the organiser's own page

The About page carries two ordinal lines. It welcomes readers to the 10th annual San Francisco Coffee Festival. It states further down that the festival is the official kickoff to the 10th Annual SF Coffee Week.

The same page states the festival name is a registered federal trademark of Craft Hospitality LLC. The footer carries a copyright span of 2015 to 2026.

The purchase route the organiser publishes

The ticket page carries the sale route. It states that a buyer who has difficulty with the ticket widget can complete the purchase directly on Eventbrite. It gives tickets@crafthospitality.com for assistance.

One count runs across the pages a buyer reads. The About page prints the 10th twice. No page read carries a lower ordinal.

The words the festival pages carry

The About, ticket, roaster, entertainment and Coffee Convos pages carry no ordinal below the 10th. The word eighth returns no hit across those five pages. The word latte returns no hit either. The programme page lists panels and carries no contest.

The About page carries the items a reader can test. Coffee tastings from vendors are included in the ticket. Food is available for purchase. The roasters page carries the logo wall. The entertainment page names five acts. The About page states each entry requires a ticket.

The ticket regime

The organiser's ticket page carries the terms. The offer is final sale and nonrefundable. The event is indoors and runs regardless of weather. Redemption is subject to normal availability. A pass is valid for the date purchased and for the session purchased only. A pass that goes unredeemed inside its session window is forfeited.

The same page reserves room on the seller's side. Vendors and programming are subject to change without notice. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to or remove an individual, and recourse stops at the amount paid for the ticket. All service stops 15 minutes before each session closes.

The transfer wall

The organiser's own rule sets the deadline for a change of plan. A session transfer sits at the organiser's discretion and is never permitted inside 48 hours of the event start. The event starts at 9 a.m. on 7 November 2026. A buyer who wants to move a Saturday pass to Sunday has until 9 a.m. on 5 November 2026 to ask. The organiser decides.

The programme caveat

The Coffee Convos page closes with one line. It reads that speakers, schedule and topics are subject to change depending on availability. The roasters page carries a matching note that roasters are subject to change.

A buyer who pays to see one named speaker holds a nonrefundable pass against a programme the organiser may change under its own published term.

The clock

Both days run the same grid. Early Admission opens at 9 a.m. Session 1 general admission runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A service break follows. Session 2 runs 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

An All Day pass carries both sessions of one day. It carries in-and-out privileges and the service break. The About page states a limited number of All Day passes are available.

Children under 13 need no ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. The About page states the accommodation can change at any time.

The read

The 10th annual count holds on the organiser's own page. The ticket page and the session clock are the two documents that carry weight for a buyer. The programme caveat sits above both.
