Group Pass Rates and a Fixed Room Band at Connect 2026

Ten Connect 2026 passes at half price cost $2,975, and ten single passes cost $5,950. The hotel block holds $279 to $325 a night and closed to new bookings on 28 September.

The ladder in published numbers

Cloudflare Connect 2026 prices one conference pass at $595. The pricing block on the Connect site reads "team-5-9 $495 per pass" and "team-10-plus 50% off ticket prices." It also carries a group registration route through the event team.

The published arithmetic runs as follows. Ten single passes cost $5,950. Ten passes at half price cost $2,975. Five passes at the team rate cost $2,475. Five single passes cost $2,975. The site's own line reads "Save more together. Groups of 5+ unlock discounted passes, groups of 10+ get 50% off."

One band for every attendee

The hotel block carries a single published range. The FAQ puts prices "in our hotel block ranging from $279 to $325 per night" across Marriott, IHG Hotels, Hilton and World of Hyatt. No property is named. The distance from each property to Moscone West appears during the booking process, and no per-property distance is published.

The ladder changes what a group pays the organiser. The band holds what the group pays the hotel. The pass price falls by $100 per head at the team rate and by half at a group of ten, and the room rate stays inside $279 to $325 for every attendee who books through the official registration link.

Where the meals and the evenings sit

The pass inclusion list carries meals, the Expo Hall and the closing party. Three evening functions sit on the pass. The Welcome Reception runs 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, sponsored by Accenture. Last Call runs 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, sponsored by MiTAC Computing. The closing party runs at Oracle Park on Wednesday evening.

No page publishes a space rental rate or a catering term for the block's hotels. Moscone's own FAQ states that the venue "does not rent rooms on an individual basis" and points meeting-space enquiries to the event's sponsoring organisation. The venue's Book an Event page states that Moscone "serves primarily to fill hotel rooms in San Francisco and potentially the surrounding area" and that it contracts conventions which "draw attendees from outside of the area."

The cutoff and the inventory behind it

The band was available "until September 28, 2026, or until the group block is sold out," on a first-come, first-served basis. After 28 September the group's reservations "are turned over to the hotels," and changes then go through the hotel directly. Rates on hotel websites and third-party travel sites "may be higher and do not count toward our event room block." Bookings route through the official registration link only, and the page reads "please do not contact the hotel."

At this read the cutoff sits 16 days behind. Whether the block sold out, how many rooms it held, and the rate per property all stay unpublished. The event partner list names four brands and no property, so no per-property rate can be read from the public pages.

The venue counts its own neighbourhood twice. Book an Event gives "more than two-thirds of the city's 34,000 hotel rooms ... within walking distance." The venue FAQ gives "over 20,000 hotel rooms within walking distance."

The venue feed puts two neighbouring events in the same week. TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs 13 to 15 October in Moscone West, and SEMICON West 2026 runs the same three days across Moscone North and South. Connect holds West alone. Further out, Current San Francisco 2026 takes Moscone West on 4 and 5 November, and Microsoft Ignite 2026 takes all three buildings from 17 to 20 November.

The position

The terms put the room rate in a fixed band, and they put the meals and the three evening functions on the pass. A hotel holding block rooms earns $279 to $325 per room night for every attendee the ladder brings. The organiser's own budget template puts hotel at $350 per night across three nights. The band's ceiling is $325, and the published block closed on 28 September.

The squeeze follows from those terms. At half price one buyer brings twice the heads to the band per pass dollar. The band holds the rate per room night at $279 to $325 for each of them. The meals and the three evenings are already paid on the pass. After 28 September the reservations sit with the hotels, and the direct business that follows does not count toward the block.
