The ladder is published
Time To Drive Fest sells four admission tiers for its Miami weekend. Every tier carries a Tier 2 label. Day One costs $75. Day Two costs $75. Two Day Full Access costs $125. The Grail VVIP pass costs $1,150.
The festival runs 7 and 8 November at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street. Driver's Seat, a track day at The Concours Club, runs 6 November.
The catalogue adds $4.99 per ticket and $29.99 on a VVIP pass. A Grail pass bills at $1,179.99.
What the top rung contains
The Grail pass covers 6 to 8 November. It includes the Driver's Seat track day, two-day festival access, the VVIP Hospitality ClubHaus with food, cocktails, cigars and coffee, every panel and podcast recording, and all meet and greets.
The organiser's FAQ describes the ClubHaus as a private hospitality space inside the festival. It adds Sunday Cars and Coffee for VVIP holders.
The buyer's arithmetic before the room
Five sessions sell as paid add-ons: four at $75 and the Larry Chen masterclass at $50. A guest who buys the $125 two-day pass and all five pays $475. Fees add $14.94, for $489.94.
That figure stands before a room, a flight or a car. It is the budget a Miami property competes against for the same weekend.
Every tier caps an order at 10.
The catalogue reported these counts on 21 October 2026: 307 Day One passes, 405 Day Two, 1,414 Two Day and 313 Grail. Parking passes stood at 67 for Saturday and 13 for Sunday.
The official partner line
The organiser's venue and accommodation page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami its Official Hospitality Partner. The page reads: "Secure your premium accommodations with our official hospitality partner, JW Marriott, and unlock exclusive preferred rates for your stay."
The booking button opens a Passkey block headed TIME TO DRIVE and dated 5 to 9 November 2026. The block carries one property at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Miami, FL 33131, and the line "Now accepting reservations!"
Read on 21 October 2026, the block page published no nightly rate, no cut-off date, no minimum stay and no cancellation term. A buyer who wants a price runs a date search first.
An official partner named in public with no published rate leaves procurement without a term to accept or refuse. The rate sits inside the booking tool.
The organisers asked guests to book early
The FAQ recommends four districts for a stay: Wynwood, the Miami Design District, Downtown Miami and Brickell. It then reads: "We encourage out-of-town guests to book accommodations early, as Miami is a popular destination during the fall season."
The ticket answer reads: "Capacity is limited, so we recommend buying early."
Those sentences put lodging inside the ticket decision. A property can quote them back to a guest weighing the weekend.
The organiser runs no room block. The FAQ gives info@timetodrivefest.com as its general address.
What a property writes down
The published ceiling sits at $125 for two days of access. A rate card that opens above that figure asks one budget to cover a hotel weekend and a festival weekend.
Name the nights the programme creates. Thursday 5 November is the first night of the block. Saturday 7 November runs 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with the official after-party after the close. Sunday 8 November closes at 7:30 PM.
The organiser bans re-entry and sells every ticket as final and non-refundable. A guest who books a room for the same weekend accepts that posture already.
Put the bundle in writing against those nights and that $125 rung. A property quoting against a number the guest already holds keeps the conversation on rate.
