Two dated terms on the demand
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs 13 to 15 October at Moscone West in San Francisco. The organiser publishes two dates that govern every purchase. A refund window closed on 31 July. A price step lands when the doors open on 13 October at 8 a.m. Pacific. The rest of the ticket terms hang off those two points.
The refund close
The tickets page gives a buyer a full refund of the purchase price by emailing a cancellation to events@techcrunch.com by 31 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. The page reads that tickets are nonrefundable for any reason after that date. A transfer moves a ticket to another person eligible for the same type, through the form in the registration email, and stops once the badge is printed. The printed badge carries the name on the holder's government-issued photo identification, and a lost badge costs 45 dollars to reprint on site.
The price step
The tickets page tells a buyer to choose a type before all prices increase at the door on 13 October. It puts a figure on the step: save up to 100 dollars by registering before the doors open. The early-bird column runs from 299 dollars for Expo+ and 349 for Student to 1,099 for Investor. The standard column sits 100 dollars higher on four passes and 50 dollars higher on two. Every pass covers all three days, and the page sells no single-day ticket.
The concessions on a group order
The organiser publishes two group tiers. Four to nine passes take 15 percent off at 220 dollars a pass. Ten or more take 30 percent off any pass type at 174 dollars a pass. The ten-or-more tier runs by emailing events@techcrunch.com for a code and a booking link, with a reply inside one business day. The page bounds both tiers. Every pass in an order takes one type, and the order runs in one session. The 15 percent tier covers Attendee, Investor, Non-Profit and Student passes. The page states that group savings and the buy-one-get-one offer cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.
The concession on the room
The organiser runs a per-room attendee programme and publishes no group code for it. The hotel page names four properties with a distance from Moscone West: Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA at 0.2 miles, Hotel Zelos San Francisco and InterContinental San Francisco at 0.3 miles each, and Grand Hyatt San Francisco at 0.5 miles. The page lists free cancellation and modification, no upfront cost, and loyalty points that still accrue. It fixes the channel. A booking runs through the reservations partner, and the rate applies only to the properties on the partner's list. The named partner is 38 North Connections. Availability reads as while rooms last, and the page carries no cut-off date.
The shape of the two ladders
The pass ladder carries a group discount. The room programme carries a per-room rate with no group code. A coordinator who brings ten registrations holds a 30 percent code on the passes. That same coordinator holds no matching code on the rooms. The room rate attaches to a single room, and the property named on the partner's list is the counterparty. The published terms leave the pass ladder with the organiser and the room terms with the property.
