NADA Miami's $65 Pass Sets a $13-a-Night Test for a Block

The fair refuses group rates and fixes every ticket rung at one price per head. The room block is the remaining lever, and $13 a night is the figure it must beat.

The published line

NADA Miami fixes its ticket prices for the 24th edition and states in writing that no group rate exists. The fair runs 1 to 5 December 2026 at Ice Palace Studios, 1400 North Miami Avenue.

The FAQ answers the group question directly: there are no discounts available for group bookings. A large school or museum group is routed to the fair's own email address.

The tickets page lists four rungs. Early-Bird Single-Day costs $45. Early-Bird Multi-Day costs $65. A Vernissage Pass costs $150. A Senior or Student Pass costs $35, onsite only, with proof of ID. Children 12 and under enter free.

No rung scales with volume. Ten single-day buyers pay $450. Ten multi-day buyers pay $650. The eleventh head adds what the first head added.

The one discount the organiser sells

Bundling carries the fair's discount. Five single-day tickets at $45 cost $225. The $65 multi-day pass covers the same run for $160 less, or 71.1 percent.

The pass publishes no day count. Against all five days, $65 works out at $13 a show day. That figure holds only if the pass covers the full run.

What a party of ten spends before a room

Ten multi-day passes cost $650. Across five show days that is $13 a head a day. Across four nights it is $16.25 a head a night.

$13 a night on a single-occupancy room returns $65 over five nights, which is one multi-day pass.

A party of ten in ten rooms for five nights books 50 room-nights. $13 off each one returns $650, the party's ticket spend.

Why the block carries the negotiation

The fair publishes no hotel partner, no room block, no rate and no cut-off date across its five public pages. No official housing channel exists to join. A group sets terms with a property, and the property answers.

Tickets carry a second constraint. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A one-day buyer may change the entry date up to the opening, subject to availability, through the confirmation email. A group commits its ticket money at purchase and keeps one lever: the entry day.

What the calendar gives the block

The public clock runs 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 1 December, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Wednesday 2 to Friday 4 December, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday 5 December. Last entry falls 15 minutes before closing. The invitation preview runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 1 December.

A group that wants the preview and the closing hour holds a stay that starts 30 November or 1 December and checks out 6 December. The five-night version carries the preview morning and the 6 p.m. Saturday close.

Place arrival before the 10 a.m. preview and departure after the 6 p.m. close. A block that ends at Saturday checkout loses the final show day.

The terms to write into the request

Ask for a nightly concession stated in dollars. The published ladder already fixes the per-head cost, and a percentage off an unpublished rate tells a group nothing beside a second quote.

Set the attrition allowance and the release date in one document. The fair publishes no cut-off, so the property's date governs and the group carries the risk on every room it holds past that date.

Measure the first offer against $13 a night. A property that will not move that far on a single-occupancy room has not met the price the fair publishes.

Put a sub-block question to the seller for one gallery with a small team. The roster lists over 130 exhibitors from 63 cities and 27 countries, and each party sets its own arrival date.

Where the analysis lands

NADA Miami sells no group ticket. The multi-day pass cuts the per-day price and stops there. The FAQ refuses volume discounts in writing, and the ticket terms hold the money once it is paid.

The room block carries every concession a party of ten can still win at this fair. $13 a night against the published multi-day rate is the figure that measures whether a property has offered one.
