Eight TBDs in a Published Schedule: What a Rate Fence Can Cover

The page was last revised July 15, 2026 and leaves eight of eighteen fairs without dates or hours. Six fairs publish a date and a daily ladder, and the fence rests on those six.

The revision line dates the document

The Miami Art Week events page closes with one date of record: last updated July 15, 2026. The page lists eighteen fairs under two headings, two main fairs and sixteen satellite fairs and events. Six publish a date and a full ladder of show hours. Six publish a 2026 date range with no daily hours. Six publish no 2026 date at all.

Eight of the eighteen carry a TBD in the date field or in the hours field.

The eight, named

Art Beat Miami, Fridge Art Fair, INK Miami Art Fair, No Vacancy Miami Beach, Prizm Art Fair and SATELLITE Art Show each read 2026 dates TBD. Design Miami holds December 1 to 6 and reads Schedule TBD. UNTITLED Art, Miami Beach holds December 2 to 6 and reads Show Days & Hours TBD.

Four more publish a date range and no hours: AfriKin with public days from November 30 to December 6, NADA Miami from December 1 to 5, Pinta Miami from December 3 to 6 and Scope Miami Beach from December 1 to 6. Twelve of the eighteen carry no daily clock in either form.

The page disclaims what it lists

The disclaimer splits the page in two. Featured Events are the ones Miami Art Week produces directly. The rest, it states, are owned and operated by their respective independent owners, and Miami Art Week LLC does not own, operate, sponsor, manage or control them. It disclaims responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability and practices. It then places event dates, hours, locations and other details, including those relating to its own Featured Events, subject to change without notice.

A TBD on this page is held by a third party, and the page says so. Every one of the eighteen entries carries a link to its own domain.

Position: fence December 1 to 6 on the six dated fairs

Build the rate fence on the six fairs that publish a date and a daily ladder: Art Miami and CONTEXT at One Herald Plaza, Art Basel Miami Beach at 1901 Convention Center Drive, Aqua Art Miami at 1530 Collins Avenue, and Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami at 2217 NW 5th Avenue. Leave the eight TBD listings out of the fence.

Three conditions carry a date a hotel can enforce: a minimum stay, a non-refundable window and a deposit date. Each needs a night a guest can hold and a party who can confirm it. The six dated fairs supply both. The eight TBD listings supply neither.

What the six-fair fence covers

Art Miami and CONTEXT open December 1 at 11 a.m. for Platinum passholders, at 1 p.m. for VIP passholders and at 4 p.m. to the public. Both run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. from December 2 to December 5 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on December 6.

Aqua opens its public run at noon on December 3 and closes at 9 p.m. on December 3, December 4 and December 5, then at 6 p.m. on December 6. Spectrum and Red Dot open December 2 with a preview from 5 p.m. and run noon to 8 p.m. from December 3 to December 5, then noon to 6 p.m. on December 6.

Art Basel Miami Beach holds two invitation-only days on December 2 and December 3. It opens to the public at 11 a.m. on December 4 and closes at 6 p.m. on December 4, December 5 and December 6.

Six fairs at four addresses across six days. Every clock above lands inside December 1 to December 6, and every one of them sits on the page dated July 15, 2026.

One clock disagrees with its fair. The week page prints a 7 p.m. Tuesday close at Herald Plaza. Art Miami's own practical information page prints 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Art Miami and 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for CONTEXT. Both readings sit inside the same night, and the fence keys on dates and hours at the door.

What each TBD costs

A minimum-stay rider has no anchor on a listing with no date. INK Miami reads dates TBD on the week page, and a two-night rider attached to it would bind a guest to a night the fair has not published. The fair's own site dates the 2026 edition December 2 to 6 and prints an opening brunch on December 2 from 9 a.m. to noon. A hotel that priced against the July page missed the December 2 morning.

A late-checkout or day-room offer needs a clock on the day it serves. UNTITLED holds December 2 to 6 with its show hours TBD, so no hotel can say which afternoon the offer serves.

A third cost lands on the booking. A guest reading this page finds eight dates unresolved and buys the nights the fence prices. A hotel that fences all eighteen prices nights it cannot date.

The two nights outside the window

AfriKin opens the week with a vernissage on November 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. at 1600 NE 126th Street in North Miami and runs public days from November 30. The Official Miami Art Week Kickoff Party runs November 30 from 6 to 10 p.m. and admits invitation holders.

Both sit outside a December 1 fence. Price them as shoulder nights, and open the fence on the morning of December 1, when Art Miami and CONTEXT take their first public hours and NADA Miami opens its run.

Read the line before the fence publishes

One date governs all eighteen listings, and it reads July 15, 2026 today. Re-read it before the fence goes to the channel manager, then check each of the eight TBD listings against its own domain. The page links all eight.
