What the booth page publishes
Spectrum Miami runs 2 to 6 December 2026 at Mana Wynwood. The fair publishes its stand prices on a page of its own, and the table there sets the exhibitor's first cost. The entry rung is an 8 by 10 foot stand of 80 square feet at $6,595. The ladder runs through 100, 160 and 200 square feet and stops at a 10 by 22 foot stand of 220 square feet at $14,450. Custom sizes are priced on inquiry.
Two fees sit beside the rent. Every exhibitor pays a co-operative advertising fee of $695. A stand with outside wall space on a corner pays $795 more. The smallest standard stand therefore costs $7,290 before a work hangs, and $8,085 on a corner.
The application costs nothing. The page says the fair reviews each application, answers within seven business days, and assigns a booth location after acceptance.
The square foot has five prices
Divide each price by its area. The 80 square foot stand costs $82.44 a square foot. The 100 square foot stand costs $67.95. The 160 costs $66.84, the 200 costs $66.62, and the 220 costs $65.68. The entry rung charges about 25 percent more per square foot than the top of the ladder.
The first step is the cheapest on the page. Twenty more square feet cost $200, which is $10 a square foot at the margin. Each later step runs between $56 and $66 a square foot.
The SOLO section prices above the standard ladder. A 4 by 20 foot SOLO stand carries the same 80 square feet at $7,395. The SOLO corner fee is $195 against $795 on a standard stand.
Three works cover the entry rung
The Discoveries Collection features works priced at $3,000 or less. That ceiling gives the stand price a unit. At $7,290, an exhibitor needs $7,290 of sales to cover the stand and the advertising fee. Three works at the ceiling return $9,000 and clear it by $1,710. Two works return $6,000 and leave $1,290 short.
Sales revenue is not margin. Freight, travel, staff and commission sit outside the booth price.
The payment term adds three percent
The page states that the listed prices reflect a 3 percent discount for cash, check or wire. A card or PayPal payment forfeits it. The cash price of $7,290 grosses up to $7,515.46, a difference of $225.46. Break-even at the Discoveries ceiling becomes 2.51 works, which still rounds to three.
Break-even per square foot of floor
Sales needed per square foot is the number a dealer can carry into a sales plan. The 80 square foot stand has to return $91.12 a square foot to cover rent and fee. The 220 square foot stand has to return $68.84. The entry rung asks 32 percent more per foot than the top rung.
The table prices a dealer into a larger stand. A dealer who plans three sales at the $3,000 ceiling pays $7,490 for 100 square feet and $15,145 for 220. The second stand takes 2.02 times the money, holds 2.2 times the floor and returns a lower unit cost.
Thirty-four hours to recover it
The fair's clocks run a VIP and press preview on Wednesday 2 December from 5 to 6 p.m., an opening night preview the same evening from 6 to 9 p.m., noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The published blocks total 34 hours.
At $7,290, the stand costs $214.41 an hour of floor time. The rate per square foot an hour is $2.68. Trade buyers enter on credentials at check-in, and the page states they are welcome all fair days and hours.
What the fair leaves out of the exhibitor's cost
The fair sells no overnight parking. On-site parking runs $33 plus tax for 12 hours, with no in and out privileges, and 10 ADA stalls sit on site. An exhibitor who drives in pays that charge each day of the fair.
The fair publishes no room block, no rate and no cut-off for exhibitors. The page states that booking sites carry the most competitive rates, that the group is not affiliated with a booking site and cannot act as an intermediary, and it prints a search button. The exhibitor's lodging sits outside the fair's terms.
The asks the exhibitor carries
Ask the hotel for the rate across 1 to 6 December, the release date, the attrition clause, and overnight parking as a dollar figure per night. Ask for a late checkout on Sunday 6 December, when the floor closes at 6 p.m.
Ask the fair, in writing, what the corner fee covers and whether the $695 advertising fee recurs on a second stand. Both answers change the break-even.
