The position
The WWETT Show carries four midweek nights of downtown Indianapolis demand. The Indiana Convention Center forecasts 14,000 attendees for the 2027 edition, which runs 22 to 25 February. A buyer who prices those nights holds a block with a published rate band and no published cut-off date.
The clock that sets four nights
Informa Markets publishes two hour grids on one page. The conference track opens Monday, 22 February, at 9:00 a.m. and runs to 5:30 p.m. It continues Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closes Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The expo hall runs three days inside that window. The floor opens Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. on both. Thursday runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
An attendee on the conference track reaches the Monday opening by sleeping Sunday, 21 February. The stay covers the nights of 21, 22, 23 and 24 February and checks out Thursday. An attendee registered for the floor alone arrives Tuesday and needs three nights. The organiser sells both registrations on its own site.
The terms the organiser’s provider publishes
onPeak is the only hotel provider the WWETT Show endorses. Its page carries four commitments. Rooms are booked with no upfront cost. A booking escapes change or cancellation fees. Adjustments are made without penalty. Group reservation tools are part of the service.
The same page states that the negotiated rooms average 30 percent less than rates on other travel sites. That comparison belongs to the organiser, and the page publishes no rate to check it against. The hotel desk answers at (800) 724-0968.
The block as it renders
The gallery returned 23 priced properties when this desk read it on 24 September 2026. The band across those 23 properties is $169 to $270 average per night. Distances render from 0.1 to 0.7 miles. The page counter reads "There are 24 hotels displaying out of 24" against the 23 property cards on the page.
Three properties carry no rooms on the four-night window from 21 February. They are the JW Marriott Indianapolis at $260, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown at $247 and The Westin Indianapolis at $242. The lowest card is the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr at $169. Le Meridien Indianapolis lists at $234 with four rooms left.
The gallery publishes no cut-off date, no minimum-stay rule and no deposit schedule. A buyer cannot date the commitment from the block’s own page.
The record behind the forecast
The organiser’s show history starts the property in 1979, when a trimmed newspaper went to around 12,000 septic pumpers across the Midwest as the first edition of The Midwest Pumper. A conference grew out of it by 1981. The Pumper & Cleaner Expo ranked 64th among United States trade shows by 2014. The show took its current name in 2015.
Trade Show Executive gave the show its Gold 100 Award in 2024. The 2026 edition closed with a 6 percent attendance increase over 2025, and the 2025 edition drew more than 12,000 participants. Those three items are the published record a buyer can weigh.
The two nights the venue leaves open
The venue’s event feed returns two records for 24 February to 14 March 2027. Aloha Indy follows on Sunday, 28 February, with a forecast of 1,000. Work Truck Week runs 10 to 12 March.
The show closes Thursday, 25 February. Friday, 26 February and Saturday, 27 February carry no record on the venue’s published feed. A downtown hotel holding WWETT rooms sells those two nights against the rest of the city’s February and March calendar.
Where the negotiation sits
Four midweek nights, a 14,000 forecast, a 1979 origin and a Gold 100 placement in 2024 make up the buyer’s case. The published gaps in the block make up the opening. The gallery states no cut-off date for releasing unsold rooms, and the organiser’s own terms allow adjustment without penalty.
The $169 floor and the three zero-room cards define the range a buyer works inside. The expo floor alone needs three nights, which leaves the conference-track Sunday as the night a buyer asks the hotel to price.
