The same memo dates the meet "Tuesday-Saturday, March 9-13, 2027" at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis and places the diving qualification meet at the venue on Tuesday 9 March. The championship page prints March 9-13, 2027 beside the venue and the city. The venue's calendar, stamped 2 September 2026, lists the same window.
The bed nights the record carries
A Tuesday arrival and a Saturday departure bill four nights, 9 through 12 March. Holding the Saturday night adds a fifth, with a Sunday 14 March departure. The prior edition's participant manual closes its schedule with a departure day after the Saturday session.
The championship page's hotel group holds one document, the 2025-26 team hotel options for Evansville. It names seven properties. Per-property blocks run from 5 to 40 double/doubles a night across the 8 to 14 March 2026 window, at rates from $115.00 to $159.00, tax at 15 percent and a cut-off of Monday 2 March 2026 at 5 p.m. local time.
