The span and its two runs
The Ford 72nd Annual Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show runs Friday 19 February 2027 to Sunday 28 February 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St. Eight public days sit inside the ten-day span. Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 carry no public hours, and the floor holds 63 public hours across the eight open days.
The crew clock
Exhibitor check-in opens at noon on Tuesday 16 February at the Show Office at the north entrance of the Champions Pavilion. Bulk space move-in opens the same day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Booth space joins on Wednesday 17 February from noon to 8 p.m. The first public door lifts on Friday 19 February at 1 p.m.
Tear-down opens at the 5:01 p.m. close on Sunday 28 February and runs to 4 p.m. on Monday 1 March. Exhibitors booked for the first weekend alone tear down from 5:01 p.m. on Sunday 21 February. A truck or stock trailer parked in the lot between the Champions and Blue Ribbon pavilions stays there until 28 February.
The terms the lodging page publishes
Five host properties sit on one page, each with a rate, a telephone number and a guaranteed-until date. The five dates run 30 January, 1 February, 1 February, 3 February and 3 February, and every one reads 2026. Rates run $89.00 to $136.00 plus tax across king and two-queen room types.
Two group links carry a dated window. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers link runs 16 February to 2 March 2026 under group code ISA. The Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing link runs the same window under group code CHTISA. That window spans 14 nights and opens on the day the crews check in.
The on-grounds option and the admission table
The State Fairgrounds Campground holds 50 sites at $45.00 a night plus 7 percent sales tax, with a $2.50 booking fee and a $5.00 dump station charge. February delivers electrical hook-up alone, because the venue's camping page dates full hook-up to April through October. Reservations are required.
The admission table carries a 2026 pricing stamp: $16.00 an adult, $10.00 a child aged 6 to 12, free for children aged 5 and under, and $26.00 for a two-day ticket. Group orders open at 15 tickets at $13.00 adult and $10.00 child, due by 1 February.
What the published record leaves open
No 2027 rate, no cut-off date and no housing bureau appear on the organiser's pages, on the venue's event page or on the venue's hotels page. The venue's hotels page names no property and points to a reservation service run with Visit Indy. Neither publisher carries an attendance forecast for this show.
The programme page reads "Stay Tuned for Our 2026 Program!". The daily schedule rows still carry the prior edition's dates of Feb. 20-22 and Feb. 25-Mar. 1. The advertising block states a reach of more than 1.6 million households across the Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville and Chicago markets.
The position on this show
Two organiser documents carry the priceable demand. The group window on the host list opens on 16 February, the day the crews check in. The exhibitor guide closes the crew calendar at 4 p.m. on 1 March, the day after the last public gate.
The attendee side carries no overnight measure. No forecast attendance figure, no room-night count and no pickup pace sit on the organiser's pages or on the venue's event page. The lodging a hotel can price on the published record is the 14-night crew window, and it carries no 2027 rate.
